Standard international shipping to USA, Europe and Australia,

TAX & CUSTOM:
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the local import taxes, duties, VAT, etc.
Please check tax duties in your country before placing an order.
Processing time:
Please note most items are made to order.
Orders 'Ready to Ship' will ship within 5-7 business days.
All orders shipped with tracking code, once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item.
Shipping times are estimated, on rare occasions, a delay by post, custom or holiday may occur and your order can be delayed.
RETURNS

Offering full refunds on all items within 14 days.
As long as the jewelry piece has not been worn and is in the original purchased condition, including all product documentation.
If your order arrived with a defect or damage please contact me to receive a replacement.
Upon return of product purchased via PayPal or any credit card payment please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
In any case of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost will not be refunded. The same applies to any insurance and /or tax fees.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
